    Quercetin has many potential benefits. I take it with NAC as needed.It comes in a light blocking bottle. No outer seal. Inner seal was good. I would have expected at this price point to have an outer seal for protection too.Ordered in April 2023 and expiration date is March 2024, so 11 months. It's a 1 month supply, so all good.

    I NEVER write reviews - even though I try a lot of holistic and natural products - because most of these products don't seem to work (for me). But this does! I know it does because I've tried ALL the antibiotics, nasal sprays, inhalers, medicine, and nose surgeries. I can say without a doubt that since I've been using this - I take it every day- I have had little to zero issues. I get nasal infections, I have asthma, I lose my sense of smell and taste regularly ( but I haven't since taking this) but currently I do not need any of these medications. I sometimes use my inhaler when the air in Los Angeles is very bad but very rarely. This is a game changer, for me. I hope it works for you!
